Return & Refund Policy

  1. No refund policy. However, refund will only be allowed if the Products are out of stock at the time of making payment by the Customer, or at the fault of S&S or as per stated in this policy.

  2. S&S shall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered, please notify us by either email or WhatsApp us within twenty-four (24) hours upon receiving the Products. 

  3. Return/Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

  1. (a)   If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or

  2. (b)   if the Product is out of date or expired; or

  3. (c)   if the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered

Provided Always that the Customer shall return or caused to be returned to S&S the   aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof of Order, payment and delivery of the Products.

  1. You may hand any spoilt or damaged Products back to the delivery agent at the time of delivery for a replacement of Products. The delivery agent has the discretion to accept or decline such replacement if it is of the opinion that the Products are not spoilt or damaged.

  2. If the spoilt or damaged Products were only noticed after the departure of the delivery agent, notification via WhatsApp or email must be made to us within 24 hours of delivery. Failing which, S&S reserves the absolute right to not entertain any request for a return.

  • While notifying us of the spoilt or damaged Products via WhatsApp, you shall be required to send us a photo of the product packaging; and

  • A photo / video showing the Product condition (colour / texture etc)

  1. Any Change of mind by Customer on return and refund will not be entertained.

  2. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, S&S shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.

  3. If any Product which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to the Customer, S&S shall collect the Product from the Customer.

  4. If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, S&S shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.

  5. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, S&S shall refund to the Customer the difference.

  6. The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a refund or replacement. S&S will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in Item No. 3 of this Return and Refund Policy have been fulfilled, return will be made to the Customer and we will reimburse the Customer of its courier charges for returning of the Products to us provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund. 

  7. If the conditions in Item No. 3 of this Return and Refund Policy have been fulfilled, S&S will replace the Products by delivering to the Customer as how the previous Product was delivered to the Customer. The shipping costs will be borne by S&S.

  8. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on the appointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. S&S shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

  9. The Customer is required to send back the affected Product(s) to us via a reliable courier service company to us at our warehouse at the following address:-

Alternatively, the Customer may contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will then direct you further on the return of Products.

  1. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches us at our warehouse as above mentioned. S&S will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product is received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.

  2. You should take reasonable care of the Products whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting the Products, but would not extend to your opening certain Products, for example, sealed frozen products).


1. Customer can cancel or change any of Customer’s Orders before the Product is due to be delivered. If in an emergency, the Customer needs to cancel the Order after this time, Customer may contact Customer Services via WhatsApp and we will try our best to help.

2. Orders cannot be cancelled if the goods have been out for delivery.

3. Please note that orders can only be cancelled by WhatsApp or email.

By placing an order with us, you agree to our return & refund policy. S&S reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
